LENNIE
He is kind and tries to be gentle
he is kind of like a kid as in he's quite dumb (QUOTE?)
he isn't very smart but is very strong and a good worker (QUOTE?)
He wants to have a house with rabbits in
Lennie does not know his own strength and struggles with conscience (accidentally killing mice but having no remorse, just getting another one). This foreshadows events to come (puppy, Curley's wife)
(Quote: "that mouse aint fresh, Lennie, and you've broke it pettin' it" "...They was so little," he said, apologetically "I'd pet 'em, and pretty soon they bit my fingers and I pinched their heads a little and they was dead."
