It could be improved by using some grips on the end of the arms so then it would grip better and also metal so then the arms wouldn't break if they did.

In somebody's hand it would be quite comfortable as it has a grip handle designed for somebody's hand

this product is quite safe but things can be dropped from it because if people don't keep their hand on the handle long enough
It isn't very heavy so people have balanced weight all the time between them and the product like they won't fall other from it being too heavy.
