Bubble Deck System
10) The bubble deck panels are to be seated perpendicular to the temporary props runners and the bubbledeck panels are to be adjusted on the pre-determined positions
11) Column capital reinforcement with no bubbles around the column and stitching between panels with pre-cut length rebar
12) Before casting concrete on site, formwork edges must be shuttered and rebar must be inspected.
13) After the site has been concreted, powerfloat the area and seal the bubbledeck panels groove
1) Install the Reinforcing Fabric of Steel (BRC) initially, using several specified BRC sizes to make a base.
2) Vertical installation of lattice girders over the prepared Reinforcing Fabric of Steel (BRC) as a division of space.
3) To build a 'Bubble deck,' place a buoyancy ball in each space above the BRC.
4) After that, place the Reinforcing Fabric of Steel (BRC) on top of the buoyancy ball by using a speader beams.
5) The fittings at each end and base of the lattice girders must be secured using RCC U shape fasteners to secure the lattice girders.
6) The mold is pre-filled with concrete on top of bubble deck by using concrete mixer machines to prevent sun.
7) The bubble deck will transfer from the factories to the on-site construction using crane.
8) Temporary props are ready at site to receive the panels, then bubbledeck panels arrived at the site and to be lifted up to the designated floors.
9)The bottom layer of 60 mm pre-cast concrete is cast to provide permanent formwork within part of the overall finished slab depth.
