RO MOD 1 lesson 5 - Coggle Diagram

- - - - generate a breakout request.
    - - initiates form 973 (or you)
  - - - RK may use breakout recommendation report based on sales
    - - Custodian prepares and counts stock to be transferred
      - Annotates NAVSUP 973 by circling printed requested quantity if correct
      - Annotates quantity in “sent” block if different from requested quantity
      - Signs NAVSUP 973 and delivers the form to receiving custodian with the merchandise
    - - Receiving outlet counts stock as it is received into outlet
      - Annotates quantities received on NS 973 in received column
      - Signs NAVSUP 973 as received by and forwards NS 973 to Records Keeper
    - - Records Keeper compares issuing and receiving counts on NAVSUP 973
      - If quantities match, Records Keeper confirms
      - NAVSUP 973 in ROM 3 and prints confirmed copy of NAVSUP 973.
      - Records Keeper forwards to Sales Officer for review and files confirmed and original NAVSUP 973’s in RR1 file
    - - Compares non-confirmed and confirmed 973 for accuracy
      - Confirmed NAVSUP 973 is not signed
