Step (6) Closure: Before we end the lesson teacher will ask few students to retell the story to the whole class. Ask few more students what they like about the story? And what they don't like about the school? Why?

Step (1) Lesson Objectives: By the end of the lesson the child will be able to: - 1. read the story correctly. - 2. retell the story -3. compare video and the story book
Step (2) Lesson Introduction: Gain attention Recapitulate the previous lesson by asking some questions. What did you learn in the previous lesson?
Step(3) lesson Development: Gain attention, Write down the difficult words on the board and read it to the students. Pronounce those difficult words for two to three times and ask the children to read and pronounce the difficult words.
Step (4) Activity (ies)

Before reading: Show them the book to the children. Ask a few questions like what do you think this book will be about?. What kind of characters do you think will be in the book?
While reading: Do the book walk with the children. Talk about the pictures and ask questions while going through the book. Then do shared reading with the children. Read the book and let the children read after the teacher. Explain what the story tell us. After that show them a video on The Jungle Book and let them watch. Ask some questions..
After Reading: Ask few students to read the story. Teacher listen and correct their mistakes. Let children compare the video and the story book.
Provide necessary feedback and suggestions. .
