A database is a set of data belonging to the same context and systematically stored for later use. In this sense; A library can be considered a database made up mostly of documents and texts printed on paper and indexed for consultation.

The "General Systems Theory" was developed by the biologist Ludwig von Bertalanffy in the 1940s, at first this theory was not focused on regulation phenomena and much less on the notion of information, but with more epistemological advantage to achieve the unity of science than cybernetics.
