Set reminder for 23:00 to be in bed
Every end of day - set up most importat tasks for tomorrow
Set my intention for the day each morning - schedule my priorities

Environment
Close all tabs and other windows except my one task
Put on deep focus music
Change my passwords - I am focused!
Put phone on silnece and hide behind the screen
Techniques
Use the pomomdoro technique, keep on going when I'm in deep focus
Whenever I'm out of focus - go for a walk outside or do some push ups to get into a different state
drink lots of water
Schedule deep work tasks in the early morining
Diet
Light breakfast
Nuts and dried fruits
Fresh fruit
fresh juice/Tea
Lunch
light salad
regular hours
light portioning - small bowl
Low on carbs
