Define Spain as a:-Democratic State: citizens have the power to vote.
-Parliamentary monarchy: King is the Head of State and parlament makes and aproves laws.
-Territorially descentralised State: The right of the autonomous communities to self-govern.
All citizens are equal. Protects Spanish people against discrimination based on gender,age,race, religion or opinion
Presents the most important principles and values of the country (freedom,justice,equality and political pluralism)
Outlines the governments organitsation and obligations. Covers the rights and responsabilities of Spanish citizens.

-The parliament writes the laws.- Its made up of the Confress and Senate.
-Member of Congress are caleed deputies and member of Senate are Senators.
-Citizens over 18 vote for a member of Parliament.
-After a general election, the political party with the most votes form a government.
-The member of the Congress select a Prime Minister: is the Head of Government and Ministers.
-The workplace of the Prime Minister is The Palacio de Moncloa.
-The judges and Magistrates sure people respect and obey the law.
-The highest court is the Supreme Court.
-The constitutional court makes sure that the laws passed in Parliament are in accordance with the Constitution.
The Spanish Monarchy
-Spain is a parliamentary Monarchy, the king or queen is the Head of State.
The King (Felipe VI) represents Spain in international relations. He is also commander in chief os the Spanish Armed Forces.
