POLITICAL ORGANISATION OF SPAIN
The Spanish are consitution of 1978: freedom, justice, equality and political pluralims.
The Costitution was approved on 6 December 1978:
-Democratic state. Citizens have the power to vote.
Parliamentary monarchy. The king is the Head of State, makes and approves laws.
-Territorially decentralised state. The right of the autonomous communities to self-govern.

The Parliament writes the laws. It is made up of the Congress and Senates

Juditical power
The highest court Supreme and Court. The Constitutional Court makes sure that the laws passed in Parliament are in accordance with the Constitution.

Congres select a Prime Minister. Head Goverment and he Ministers.

Spain is a parliamentary, the king or queen is the Head of State, King Felipe II. He represents Spain in international relations. He is also commander in chief of the Spanish Armed Forces.
