LISTENING
PRE LISTENING: Teacher gives a worksheet contains questions and song lyrics. Teacher asks questions about the food that they know. Pupils will answer the question. Then, teacher plays a song on 'Healthy Food Vs Junk Food' for the first time and repeats the song. Teacher asks them to sing along.
WHILE LISTENING: Teacher then asks pupils to identify healthy and junk foods in the lyrics. Pupils need to mention what food do they like and what food they dislike and answer the question in Exercise 2.

SPEAKING
PRESENT: Teacher gives a worksheet and a small piece of paper. Teacher draws money notes of RM1, RM5, RM10 on board and ask them to total the three items. Pupils then need to draw one notes that they like. Teacher asks where can they use the money and what is the purpose of the money. Teacher explains the dialogue pupils can use in selling and buying. The sample is given in the worksheet.
PRACTICE: Teacher asks pupil to name some food that they buy in the canteen. Teacher write on board the names. Teacher divides the pupils to two groups. They will do a role-play on selling and buying in the canteen.
PRODUCTION: Teacher writes on board: ‘like being’, ‘prefer being’, ‘don’t like being’. Teacher explains on the usage of the words and asks pupils to choose the ones that describe them in the play-role and talk to their friends. Pupils need to answer the questions in the worksheet.

WRITING
PRE WRITING: Teacher gives a worksheet on writing lesson. Teacher writes on board 'I love sleeping' and 'I like eating' and asks pupils what the similarity between those sentences is.
WRITING: Teacher writes on board other sentences under those two sentences: ' Eat healthy food' and 'Don't eat junk food too much'. Teacher asks what the difference is between these two sentences and later asks pupils to compare the two sentences above and two sentences below. Teacher explains about affirmative and negative imperatives. Teacher asks pupils to write down three pieces of advice that they know in the worksheet. They can discuss with their friends. Pupils do exercise: MY FOOD BLOG. Pupils return the worksheet to the teacher for feedbacks.

FEEDBACK: Teacher checks their worksheet and gives stars rating from 3 to 5. Pupils do corrections in their exercise book.
INTENDED OUTCOME: Pupils can gives advice and construct sentences using sequencing words and imperatives.

READING
PRE READING: Teacher gives a worksheet. Teacher asks pupils who usually cook in the house, what do they cook, and do the pupils like cooking?
WHILE READING: Teacher writes on board 'food blog recipe' and asks them whether they know what a blog is. Teacher explains about the blog. Check understanding of some words. Pupils do Activity 1.Teacher writes on board numbers from 1 to 5. Teacher asks can 5 comes first before 1? Teacher writes on board 'First, After that, Next, Finally' and explains the concept of sequencing words. Teacher and pupils read the text together. Pupils write down the sequencing words in Exercise 2. Pupils do Activity 3 in pairs. Pupils in a group of 4 do Activity 4.
POST READING: Pupils do Activity 5: Match the sentences with the correct sequences in the worksheet.

LANGUAGE ART

PRE LESSON: Teacher asks the pupils to take one picture from the lucky box. Pupils need to find the person that has the same picture to be their pair.
LESSON DELIVERY: Teacher asks the pair to read the poem silently. Each pair underlines the food items found in the poem and match with the picture that accompanies the poem. Teacher asks pupils "What are you going to eat for breakfast tomorrow". Pupils need to list down in pairs possible breakfast menus as many as they can. They need to draw the food items and in pairs they explain to each other "I am going to eat ... for breakfast".
POST LESSON: Teacher gives a line from the poem and pupils need to listen and memorize. Pupils write down the answer in the worksheet.
