A pancreatic abscess is defined as a circumscribed intraabdominal collection of pus that is typically in the vicinity of the pancreas and contains pancreatic necrosis. Infection is thought to occur via the colonic translocation of bacteria

In this case
In this case, the patient has a pancreas abscess that is an infection of bacteria of streptococci group c. he has underlying alcohol chronic pancreatic with hepatitis c with cirrhosis. He had drink alcohol around 20 years and smoked 20 pieces per day for around 20 years.
Before coming to the hospital, the patient had a high fever for 5 days and while in the hospital had a abdominal pain and doctor order give medicine Tramadol to reduce pain and have a high body temperature.
Present illness
He has alcohol chronic pancreatitis, he had history about drink alcohol around 10 years; he has history of operation about Choledochoduodenostomy on November 2020. Now he has admitted at hospital because he has high fever and fatigue around 5 days before coming at hospital. after we received patient to take care, he has high fever all days and pain around the body. He has pancreases abscess. Then he had to MRI with MRCP, the result of MRI with MRCP is peripancreatic fluid collection or abscess
Cheif complain
He has high fever, fatigue 5 days before coming to hospital.
