For its study, one of the aspects that must be considered is the type of associated educational model.

Educational models are not unique as they are constructs that allow ideas to be operationalized and to transform specific educational realities; These are directly related to the educational paradigm that allows the education / training of individuals.

E-learning is a concept / process that is in absolute growth. Considered as the modality that assisted by Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), allows to provide distance education with the indispensable use of interconnected networks for the transmission / reception of educational content.

The growth of the concept is obvious, because as the technological elements increase their specificity, speed, efficiency, usability and veracity, learning environments, study materials, information transmission and dealing with users, among other things. -Many things evolve in proportion.

This rate of change is what generates a great deal of expectations about the importance, use and application of e-learning as a specific element of distance education.

One of the study points that must be considered due to the growth and development of e-learning is the type of associated educational model.

Educational models are not unique because they can be understood as a material or construct base that allow ideas to be operationalized and transform a specific educational reality; These are directly related to the educational paradigm that allows the education / training of individuals.

Online distance education constitutes in turn an educational modality and strategy with two central characteristics: the first is the use of a mediated pedagogical act, that is to say that the moment in which the teaching occurs is separated from the moment in which it is carried out. start learning; and the second is its support in a technological support, which has changed and evolved over time (Del Maestro 2005).

In other words, companies are those that obtain economic income from their production. But organizations are groups of people grouped together to pursue an end, generally a social one, and it does not necessarily serve to obtain money.

An organizational model in the educational field consists of the different forms that educational proposals assume considering the variables of spaces, times and groupings.

These models are constituted as broad and interrelated structures, in this case for the education of children from 0 to 5 years old.

What are the organizational models of the company?

There are main types of organizational models:

• Functional structure.
• Linear structure.
• Divisional structure.
• Structure by project.

The three organizational models that are developed in educational centers to attend to diversity are the following:

  • Homogeneity model. The way to organize it is simple. Differences are ignored and all students are taught with the same content, in the same way and at the same times. This model is legitimized by educational systems with standardized curricula and is widely accepted, despite the absence of any evidence of its effectiveness.
  • Segregation model. The way to develop it is what the educational legislation makes explicit. It is based on diagnosing the capacities of each student who are perceived as different and those who do not comply with the "prototype of human intelligence development" according to age, are separated from the rest by placing them temporarily or permanently in other places, classrooms or measures educational. Previously, he is labeled through nouns and adjectives that limit and simplify his neuro-diversity and he takes care of his education to specialists.
  • Inclusion model. The way to develop it is not complex either. The students are usually kept with their age group, working a demanding but adjusted, diversified and / or multi-level common curriculum, in such a way that it provides alternatives to satisfy their individual needs, their interests as a person and their ways of learning.

When we carry out methodological and didactic changes in a center or in a classroom, it is common to find resistance to these changes that make them impossible or slow down. But there are some important keys so that pedagogical innovation can take place; all of them go through effective classroom management.

LEADERSHIP
Good leadership allows students to experiment and organize themselves according to their time, their tastes and their needs. A good guide does not impose in a unidirectional way, but rather pacts and directs the group so that each of the members gets something clear from the process, rather than from the result.

ORGANIZATION
Due to the resistance and the establishment of dynamics that, with more or less results, have worked for years in the classroom, we often find ourselves with difficulties to carry out new methodological strategies.

One of the keys to true pedagogical innovation is finding ways to manage the classroom effectively and making changes that can often be perceived as aggression or an affront.

It is essential to develop work structures that generate, in themselves and according to specific needs, different dynamics that face not only the way of teaching and learning but also of organizing themselves.

ANTICIPATION
It is important to know all the students in depth; not only knowing where they start learning from, but also anticipating the attitudes that may lead to conflict in the classroom.

PROCESS
Given the heterogeneity with which we find ourselves in the classrooms, it is important that we understand that the objective of each student is different, that each one of them starts from a different place of learning and that their way of facing the teaching-learning process is individual . Therefore, it is very important to assess the process and not to unify and judge the results under a single measure.
