Copyright is a legal right that allows owners of property to distribute, license and profit from it.

Copyright eventually expires (in the UK it lasts 70 years). When copyright expires on property, it enters the Public Domain, meaning it can be freely used by anyone
Trademark
Can be a combination of words, sounds, logos and colours.
Used to identify a brand or business and protects their use, restricting use from other parties without permission

License agreement set by the creator of property allowing other people to use the copyrighted material.
