The current situation in the labor market is characterized by a competitive, poorly defined and constantly changing environment, the tendency to structure flat organizations, the gradual disappearance of low-skilled jobs due to the need to manipulate technologies with a certain level of complexity in order to execute them, mastery of the language, management training, teamwork, mastery of complex work techniques and with a high technological specialization, autonomy and participation in the development of different work processes and in the taking of decisions, which implies the ability to assume responsibilities and risks, the need for creativity, mastery of computers and the variety of skills; Today there is even talk of the disappearance of jobs.
These aspects, in turn, characterize the state of the current demands of the labor market in our environment.
