Solution
Find help if you have these symptoms, which is why you can get help from the people who are willing to listen and accept such as parents, a counselor and a friend.
If feeling scared to interact with someone, try journaling and writing your thoughts and feelings, add drawings to calm yourself down.
For stress relief, taking a deep breath and calming techniques.

By what a person learns and experience, understanding what is right and wrong can potentially act in avoiding the negative side of the internet.
