Get existing accounts overview from Anup and Kunal

Review KYP numbers for benchmarking
Understand their involvement in marketing campaigns and be part of meeting with Suchitra
Check with Amit on the appraisal KRAs given to Anup and Kunal
Seek guidance from Amit and Arun on how to go about the appraisal process at ORM level
Cynapse - specially in ANZ
Understand the plans for Kunal going forward with his involvement in Gratifi
Practice new presentation / pitch with them

Map the progress they are making with KRAs

Knowledge sharing sessions on geographical trends, learnings, best practices
Work towards stronger org alignment - ExcelShore, KYP etc.

Excelshore Access to ANZ, India and MENA accounts
