        Caregiver & Teacher Conference:
        The teacher and the student's immediate caregivers will meet to discuss the student's past history with the identified struggles, diagnoses, and a plan to help the student reach academic, social, emotional, and behavioural goals.

        Yes.
        
        Proceed & Keep Updated:
        Teacher and immediate caregivers should keep each other updated on the student's progress. The student should keep going forward with the established plan; adding steps and new goals if needed.

        All Hands on Deck Conference:
        Schedule an "all hands on deck" meeting with teachers, support staff (ex. counsellors), administrators, and the student's caregivers. Members discuss the student's current/past struggles, diagnoses, contributing factors/barriers, and at-home observations etc.. Members should establish a plan (taking place inside and out of the classroom; ex. at home, in the counsellor's office, in class) to help student reach their goals.

        The teacher can consider making an appointment with immediate caregivers of the student to discuss a plan that helps the student recover from temporary struggles, and prevent similar future instances.
