Start:
Does the student exhibit behavioural, physical, emotional, and/or academic struggles/abnormalities?
Yes.
Observation & Analyzation & Guidance:Set time to analyze and observe the student's struggles. Record concerning or irregular results regarding social skills, emotion/behaviour management, and physical ability. During this time, give the student personalized guidance.
Progress Evaluation:
Does the student's emotional, physical, academic, and/or behavioral struggles persist or get worse ?
Yes.
Caregiver & Teacher Conference:The teacher and the student's immediate caregivers will meet to discuss the student's past history with the identified struggles, diagnoses, and a plan to help the student reach academic, social, emotional, and behavioural goals.

Caregiver & Teacher Conference:The teacher can consider making an appointment with immediate caregivers of the student to discuss a plan that helps the student recover from temporary struggles, and prevent similar future instances.
