How HRDF getting their fund
Malaysian workers have to contribute 1% of the monthly wages of their employees to HRDF Fund
Company which employ 10-50 employees with a paid-up capital less than RM2.5 million will have to pay levy at rate 0.5% of the employee's monthly wages.
Operates based on layer or grant where employer contribute upon
registration.
How employers choose their employees to send them to training program?
Conduct training need analysis.
Can use need assessment to analyze employee performance.
