1.Chest pain: sudden, not involve activity, more severe than angina
involve substernal/ precordial, may radiate to neck, jaw , shoulder/left shoulder
Pain as a pressure, heavy, squeezing, chest tightness or burning sensations.
Last >15-20mins& not relieve by rest/GTN
2. Dyspnea,SOB
Tachypnea
Tachycardia
Palpitations
Increased jugular venous distention,
HPT or hypotension,
N+V, dizziness,
Unexplained anxiety, restless, fatigue,
diaphoresis, cold sweat, cool, mottled skin, diminished peripheral pulses

-Patient Hx, S+S
-12 leads ECG
-Serum cardiac markers:
Creatine Kinase (CKMB)
Troponin I &T
-FBC
-ABG (lactic acids)
-Echocardiography
-Coronary angiography
