Definition
Training content represents all subject that have to be learned by trainee to achieve the training objective.
Training content formulation include lesson plan, learning activities, staff, materials, equipments & time.

Shows the subjects that needs to be taught by the trainer
Materials that has to be used in the learning process
Arrangement of trainees learning activities
Content of training can be divided into three information categories:
Peripheral information
Related information
Subjects that are essential
Sequencing Information
The presentation of familiar subject to new subject
Simple to complex subject
Abstract to concrete
Learning activities
Principle learning activity must be suited to the ability, interest and trainees culture.
Training activity must be based on criteria and effective learning theories.
Principle learning activity must not only achieve training objectives but also satisfies the trainees or fulfill the participants need.
Learning activity which is effective must be able to fulfil a few training objectives.
Trainees must be given the opportunity to gain experience
in the field of behavioural.
