%text1=To conclude, the rule of law on its basic level is a virtue of a legal system which shows its quality. Like a knife which can be ‘blunt’ or ‘sharp’. You can’t cut vegetables if the knife is blunt. The same is about the legal system. It can’t be effective if there is a bad quality of “the rule of law” 🧠
