Stress causes a person to feel and think differently by either acting frustrated, angry, sad, emotional and this affects people around us as well the person itself. The effects of stress are change in behaviour, actions, and this way if this continues it also leads to anxiety, health issues like headaches and much more as well as overheating or underheating and much more. This not only affects physical and emotional health but also mental health, everything is interconnected. When your mental health gets affected this makes a change in body temperature and your daily habits like eating and more which leads to health issues which leads to physical issues and the cycle keeps on going on and on.
How can we relate to this problem?
As teenagers we all face stress in many situation
This happens because of work load and as students we are constantly worried about grades yet another reason for stress. I think any teenager can relate to this problem.
How is it caused?
Stress in teenagers is generally caused because of school work, grades or even a problem in your friend group. These are some of the most common reasons but everyone has different triggers for stress. Being unhappy or unfulfilled can sometimes also cause stress.
What is it?
Definition: Stress is emotional, physical, mental, the tension that affects the way you think, feel, act.
Explanation: Stress causes a person to change and think, feel differently about something, someone, and more.
peer pressure
STRESS CAN BE LINKED WITH PEER PRESSURE. We can link this to peer pressure as well because peer pressure can cause stress. For example: If our friends want us to do something we don't like or we think is wrong we might get stressed and not be able to stop it.

Stress can be decreased/stopped by many actions though it's all about keeping the mental health happy since that is what creates the cycle and all the issues related to stress. To do this you need to get relief, by getting a walk, doing something that makes you happy, spending time with your friends and much more
