All concerns are documented, teacher and head of department will communicate with senior leadership team (SLT) The counsellor may also be invited to the meeting.
A detailed intervention strategy will be implemented. Homeroom teacher will communicate concerns with parents.
Parents will be asked to keep a record in home incidences.
Close monitoring for a further 2-4 week period. Desired outcome has been achieved?
