Types Of Soil
Sandy Soil
light,warm,dry
low in nutrient
quick water drainage
quickly to warm up in spring
known as light soils

provide good drainage

Chalk Soil
high alkaline due to the calcium cabonate
not support the growth of ericaceous plants
