dey with clean soft towel

Holding the heel in one hand and the toe in the other hand, gently push in on both ends to bend the sole slightly. Repeat bending movements for several minutes.
by massaging
Place a wooden spoon inside the shoe. Using medium to firm pressure, hold the spoon at a slight angle and push it back and forth across the entire length of the sole. Massage the soles with the wooden spoon for several minutes.

Replace the newspaper every few hours depending on how much moisture is present and use a shoe horn or shoe tree to help them resume their original form and contours
