For young people this can be problematic as it is a record of any silly decisions, nights out that even when deleted do not totally disappear from the internet and information is stored by companies.
- - - - Now because of social media upskirting has been called out after many years and now governments are taking action and passed a new law that offenders can now face up to 2 years in jail.
    - - Because of the protests and support from people all over the world from the women of Saudi Arabia that spread what was happening and how they wanted independence to drive, that put pressure on the government to change the law that prohibited them from doing so. Without social media the women would have never been about to get that much support without Facebook and social media
    - - The support online and with the help of Twitter and Facebook they were able to spread awareness and support.
  - - - As the president may have left his position but people of not good intention took his place. Due to digital communication and Facebook a war was started because of the Arab spring taking place
    - - Many men and women cannot contribute to the cause or try to make social change with there own personal experiences as they are not able to access social media or technology
    - - As technology has developed and communication online has increased it means it has become easier for terrorist groups like Isis to radicalise isolated individuals and share their extremist views and make these people become extremists

      - Young; - examined hippy subculture. Police regarded them as being dirty, lazy and addicts. Value of smoking weed began and then deviant norms and values developed. Label given by police led them to smoking weed as a part of master status.
      - Malinowski; - Deviance is caused by public labelling. Studied incest and this was not seen as deviant until it was publicly shamed in front of a whole community. Deviance is relative.
      - Cicourel; - Negotiation of Justice, found that police stereotypes when it came to making arrests. Negotiation ability comes with social status. Links with Chambliss.
