DEFINITION
Facility is something that is built, installed or established to serve a purpose, International Facility Management Association (IFMA).
ENVIRONMENT, HEALTH AND SAFETY.
The facility management department in an organization is required to identify, analyze, evaluate, control, and manage many environment and safety-related issue.
FIRE SAFETY
The threat from fire carries one of the highest risks to loss of life, and the potential to damage property or shut down a business.
The facilities management department will have in place maintenance, inspection, and testing for all of the facility's fire safety equipment and systems, keeping records and certificate of compliance

WATER AND ELECTRICITY SUPPLY
An organization supplying the community with electricity, gas, water, or sewerage.

Recycling facility means any premises used for the sorting, segregation, processing or treatment of refuse, waste or any other material or thing for the primary purpose of recycling or reuse
SAFETY AND SANITARY CONDITIONS
A condition of good order and cleanliness to minimize the possibility of disease transmission.

The place or country in which take place the alleged events from which a legal action a rises.
