The messenger ﷺ dictated the whole of the Surah to his scribes the same night that it was revealed.

v 131- Allah does not subject his servant to punishment for their wrongdoings unless he warns them through his prophets so that there may be no occasion to complain that they have been destroyed without receiving any guidance from Allah .

Refuting doubts and superstitious practices of disbelievers
v7. why did it not come like a written scripture?
even if it came like a parchment they could touch, they would say it is clear magic
v8. why did an angel not come with Quran?
had an angel come there would be no room for rejecting the message after it, it would cause immediate destruction. This is actually Mercy
the denial of many disbelievers was based on their stubbornness, it was known that they would not believe even after seeing the angels with their own eyes .
v9 - it is not possible to send an angel in its true form, because humans are unable to endure seeing angels in original form

The Subjugator over His slaves
v17. when Allah sends harm, none can remove it but Him
v19. One ilah
v20. people of the Book recognize him ﷺ like they know their own sons
v25. disbelievers say these are just tales of former people - اَسَاطِيۡرُ الۡاَوَّلِيۡنَ
v29. They say, “There is nothing but this worldly life of ours, and we are not going to be raised again.”
v32. The worldly life is nothing but game and amusement while the last abode is surely much better for those who have taqwa
Allah assures His Beloved ﷺ
v34. earlier prophets were also denied, they patiently waited for Allah's help
their demanding for miracles is not because they truly want firm belief
v36, they cant truly hear the message

I do not claim to have treasures of Allah
I do not know the unseen
I am not an angel
in the Torah and Injil, a full description of the physical features of the Holy Prophet ﷺ, of his home city and then his post-emigration place of residence, and of his habits and morals and achievements - all this in such details that it leaves no room for doubt in the recognition of his identity.
to warn with it
v19. وَمَنۢ بَلَغَ ۚ whoever it reaches
The Holy Prophet ﷺ is the Last Prophet and the Qur’ an will continue to be recited and taught right through the day of Qyiamah
The Holy Prophet ﷺ said: When you see blessings and wealth raining upon someone - though he is deep in sin and disobedience - then, know that he is being lured into destruction اِستِدرَاج (Istidraj), that is, his affluence is an indicator of his being seized in punishment. (Narrated by Ahmad from 'Aqabah ibn ` Amir as in Tafsir Ibn Kathir)
Blessings are only blessings as long as there good deeds and string faith along with it otherwise it is just istidraaj
doors of all prosperity are opened for them and then suddenly seized
v43. their hearts became hardened instead
every leaf that falls
every seed that is planted in the darkness of the earth
animals and birds are communities

v60. at night our souls are taken away , then He awakens us after the sleep
this will go on till the "messenger" of death comes

The forbade upon themselves:
animals dedicated to idols as an act of worship could not be benefitted from in any way
Restrict benefitting from some animals only for men
Devoted some land to idols, only men could use its produce, giving or not giving a share from it to women depended on their will.
