      - Perform detect Primary via mdns on the WAN port

        Precondition: Establish wan IP via wired or BLE APP
        
        Perform detect Primary via mdns on the WAN port
        
        If no Primary node found, call Cloud Setup API to request Cloud Access
        
        Information (CAI)
        
        If node is registered and there is no active Primary node, it would receive CAI.
        
        Apply ConfigureAP and initialize xconnectdb with device keys
        
        Initialize itself as the Primary node and trigger CNE
