      - Laryngopharynx
        
        เริ่มตั้งแต่ระดับ hyoid ไปจนถึงระดับ cricoid
        
        เปิดเข้าสู่กล่องเสียงด้านหน้า และเข้าสู่หลอดอาหารทางด้านหลัง
        
        อยู่ด้านหลังกล่องเสียง
