A federal building went through a bombing in 1995 and resulted in the deaths of almost 200 poeple.

political terrorism
There is a variety of right-wing and left-wing political organizations.
nationalist terrorism
This type of terrorism is linked to a national, ethnic or religious groups that contain poeple who fully disagree with certain rights and events such as immigration.
religious terrorism
This is used to achieve goals influenced by religious beliefs. People are motivated by their faith and are willing to risk their lives.
state terrorism
It is an act of state against another state or against its own citizens.

This includes assassinations, kidnappings, threats of terrorism, hijacking, bomb scares, cyber attacks and the use of biological, chemical, nuclear and other weapons.
CURRENT ORGANIZATIONS
Taliban
A lot of terrorist groups are under the organization of Taliban which is an Afghanistan movement - religious agenda.
Al Qaeda
It is a network of Islamic extremists and jihadists present since 1988 - still a working organization.
Boko Haram
Organization based in Nigeria and is present since 2002.
ISIL
This organization is a millitant Islamist group active since 1999.
