Receives more than one B (but no N.O.s) on their Benchmarks for the month.
- Meet with AT for discussion on additional in-class differentiation
- Post in child's portfolio on Bloomz communication app.
Child continues to demonstrate special need in informal assessments
AND/OR
Receives more than one B (but no N.O.s) on following month's Benchmarks.
- Mention special need to Director and discuss options for further communication with parents and possible specialists.
Child demonstrates moderate to high special needs in informal assessment
AND/OR
Receives a majority Bs or an N.O. on their Benchmarks for the month.
Meet with AT and Director to discuss action plan for meeting child's needs in the classroom, communicating with parents, and/or referring child to a special education professional.
