Corporate Social Responsibility is installed in the heart of the company, therefore it is not fashion, nor short-term, nor marketing strategy, nor an accessory program, nor an avoidance of scandals, nor an expense, nor doing different things. The implementation of CSR implies a change of culture within the organization, which is applied at all levels of it and transcends its borders as the company is a living example of responsible action. It is doing things differently applying principles and values as differentiating elements and there are many ways to do a different company as seen below in the present map.
