Recap and introduce as many information of interest for the hotel as he/she can
Check request and check availability, and capacities of the hotel.
Check rates for the dates requested.
Check if there is a group “holding” space (pre-reservation).
If there is availability send an offer.
Prepare a contract for the stakeholders.
Prepare a Proforma invoice.
Prepare and send a Summary to send to other departments.
Prepare documents to handover for event Coordinator (and upselling)
