The DMC is in charge of organizing all the Ground services that these companies request: land Services or Ground Services.

A DMC is not profitable if it cannot accomplish reasonable margins: -Hotels we have to aim for a minimum of 10% commission
– TRANSPORTATION, TOURS & OFFICIAL GUIDES: We will rise the prices in 20-25%.
-ACTIVITIES, CATERINGS, VENUES & ENTERTAINMENT: We would aim for minimum of 20% profit margin.
– RESTAURANTS: between 15% and 25% rise above the menu prices

Exceptions: If, for example an American company comes to Spain and hires a Combined trip MAD-BCN, we can indeed be in charge of buying their Domestic AVE train tickets or Domestic flight tickets. For this service, we will charge an administration fee to your client.
