Newtons Third law: Whenever one object exerts a force of a second object, the second object exerts an equal and opposite force on the first object.

Newtons first law: An object at rest stays in rest. An object in motion stays in motion. (Unless) acted upon by a unbalanced force.

Weight vs Mass
Mass is the same no matter where you go. Weight is different however because the gravity could be higher. For example, if you weighed 68 kg on Earth, then you would weight 160.7 kg on Jupiter. it depends on the gravity.
