Responsiblity for citizens is to vote, to know basic swiss national language, provide no danger to the security of the land, you should be obediant to the law, and no false infomation for citizenship.
      - Human needs: According to Expatica.com, Public education is mostly free, which leads to them usually don't offer financial aid or scholarship.       - RIGHTS: Many people rights are also considered such as freedom to petition king/queen, freedom of speech in parliament, freedom from royal interface with the lord, and freedom to bear arms for self-defense.
