- - - - I started to feel sick, not that Bert was swinging me around in circles, but that he really was telling the truth when he said he hadn't showered in a year. I looked around and saw Leo sitting on the floor with a bag of popcorn in his hands even though there was only popcorn in the Principal's office (I had only been there once, when I got in trouble for stealing from the popcorn machine during the Christmas party) I also saw Hannah looking horrified, and Mike just standing there, eyes wide. My grip was starting to loosen and I flew across the hallway where we were studying. I smashed into the floor just as Principal Harbinkle turned the corner. "Tanner, stop being on the floor and get up and back to studying!" He said sternly. I got up immediately and walked back to my group. As soon as the Principal turned the corner, I jumped on to Bert again, but he threw me off again.
        
        So I ran back and instead of jumping on top of Bert, I kicked him in the shins, tipping him over. When Bert hit the ground, It made a loud thud. And knocked over everyone in the hallway. I quickly got to my feet and started kicking him again and again, but he got up immediately, but I punched him in the face and then he stumbled, but still held his balance. I kicked him in the stomach and it knocked the wind out of him and he fell over again, making us all fall over again. Our teacher ran into the hallway and saw Bert laying on the floor, in pain. "You five were supposed to be studying, not trying to kill each other!" She said frustratedly. I looked at every ones faces, Bert was in pain, I couldn't figure out what Leo's expression was, Hannah was terrified, And Mike was smiling. " To the Principal's office to you!" my teacher yelled.
        
        As Tanner was being escorted to the Principal's office, the whole class was in a riot. Everyone jumping off chairs, throwing paper airplanes, even looking through the telescopes, (during the day!) Mike was sitting in the corner as Leo came over and sat next to him. " He's ready alright, beat Bert in a few minutes! Leo said." Well I always thought that Tanner was spy material." Mike said. "Well, look at it this way, we were able to convince the Principal to bring Tanner in this class, then we got a bully from Espionage Center, then we were able to get them in a fight, and then Tanner won, and now the only thing we have to do is convince his parents to let him come." Leo explained. "When you talked about convincing the Principal, you meant torturing him, by staring in his face, right? Mike asked. "Of course" Leo lied.
        
        Hannah saw Mike and Leo in the corner, and started to walk over to them. She sat right next to Mike. "I know why you said that it was a good title,." Hannah told Mike. "I think that we all know why it is a good title." Mike explained. "Not me, I don't know what the "Facts about Espionage" is." a kid named Jim said. The teacher opened the door, and everyone was ready for her. All she saw was paper. Thankfully, one kid threw a paper airplane in her face, and as she struggled to get it off, Mike, Leo, Hannah, and Jim were able to run back to their seats. The teacher was finally able to get the paper off and all her students were sitting in their seats, like the teacher was there the whole time. "I know that you miss your friend Tanner, but he will not be here for the rest of the week." She said sternly.
        
        "But it's Friday, Mrs. Bartholemew." "He won't be here for the rest of the day, I think you mean." Mike said. Everyone looked at Mike. They knew he would only say the teacher's name if they had gotten a new recruit. (It may be pretty stupid, but it works) (They used many different teachers and they all fell for it) All the kids looked at each other, and showed silent signs of joy. But at that moment, a horde of enemy agents came. Luckily, there was only six. In the Principal's office, Tanner was sitting in the time-out chair, staring at the popcorn machine. "Don't you get any more ideas, you naughty kid." Principal Harbuckle said. "I know that you like to steal popcorn from my..." Principal Harbuckle trailed off. The reason was that they had heard a shriek. "Seems like it's coming from your classroom." Then he bolts through the door, leaving Tanner alone. Tanner stands up and follows the principal through the door.
        
        The principal bursts in to the third grade class, "Yes, what do you need?" Said the teacher calmly. "Wrong classroom." He muttered. Tanner runs into his classroom, coming in at the wrong moment. Mike gets thrown into him. "Good to see you here, now help!" Mike said loudly. They were fighting six people in black, five were men, and one was a woman. Two people dressed in black jump through the window, making there be eight. Hannah and Leo had already knocked two out and two more jumped at them. Mike, Jim, and Bert (who still needed to recover from his fight with Tanner) took two more, leaving two for him. Tanner had never fought anyone, except for Bert, so he had no experience in dueling. One jumped on top of him, but Tanner ducked and ran, making the man dressed in black smash on the floor. Tanner kicked the other in the stomach, making him fly onto the first man. The first man wriggled out from under his knocked out friend.
