A professional services company possessing extensive local knowledge, expertise and resources, specializing in the design and implementation of events, activities, tours, transportation and program logistics.
The Profit Margin
Comission
Hotels: 10%
Transportation: 20-25%
Entertainment, activities... 20%
Restaurants: 15-25%
The management fee would always be included.

Once the client confirm
Send the site inspection budget and pro-forma invoice to be paid before the arrival of the client.
Ask if he/she prefers to pay for the site inspection in advance or afterwards. Or even once the group is confirmed together with the final invoice.
Post-site visit: Do not forget to write a report on the site inspection with all the different points discussed during the various visits.
