Call the client to verify that the proporsal has been received.
Ask if there any doubt on the proporsal
Once all the information has been collected a personalized proporsal is sent to client
Proposal needs to be sent to later that 24 hours.
Internal operations once group is confirmed

Handover to meeting and events department
Check list and recap of the information
Send email to customer introducing the name of the person that will be in charge from now onwards.
Morning meeting needs to be actualized to inform the confirmation
Send a copy of the signed contract by the hotel General Manager to customer
Forecast needs to be updated based on the information provided by client
