describes the mechanics, the events and logic that deliver the experience

think of a story and then the mechanism for how it will be told
there are two critical success factors:

steps to follow:
. Write a synopsis for both the story and the audience participation
Implement technology & create the content
Create appropriate diagrams to document the experience
Break the story-experience into acts, scenes and beats
Discovery and advocacy demand
a good experience
a social dimension such as fan-to-fan interaction or fan-to-character interaction.
