Definition
It has been one of the realities since the pandemic Covid-19 started, according to a study 30% of the participants across multiple age ranges reported persistent symptoms.
There even exists a team of professionals working on Long Covid, it is called the "Post-acute covid team"
Symptoms
There are more than 200 symptoms associated with long covid, many of them can affect multiple organs or systems within the body.

For some people these symptoms just faded away in a few months but for others, more than a year later still have the same symptoms.

An immune disorder called "mass self-activation syndrome" which causes repetitive episodes of allergy symptoms.

How can you help yourself?
You need to get radical acceptance to yourself and figure out how to build a fulfilling life with how your body and brain are right now. Also hold space to hope there'll be a new treatment.
