- - - - Improve nutrient intake by having nutrient-dense food that meet the required amount of daily macronutrients and micronutrients based on age,gender and health condition.
      - Take 3 meals every day and may include 2-3 snacks in between meals.
      - Include dairy products but avoid the low-fat, sugar free or skimmed dairy products.
      - Pick nutritious drinks such as juices or smoothies.
      - Provide important food groups and even nutritional supplements like vitamin C, zinc, iron, and calcium for populations at risk of undernutrition.
      - Healthy food options and active lifestyle need to be addressed to populations at risk for overnutrition to prevent excessive weight gain.
- - - - Diet must be nutritious which includes non-starchy vegetables such as spinach, broccoli and mushroom, fruits, lean proteins such as chicken, eggs, and fishes, water and less sweetened beverages.
      - Reduce processed foods such as fast food, junk food and drinks such as carbonated drinks.

      - A good balanced diet daily consists of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and lean protein. Reduce saturated fats and choose good fats such as unsaturated fats, polyunsaturated fats and monounsaturated fats such as olive oil, and nuts.
      - Normal range of body weight must be maintained and body fat level not to be above normal range to prevent fatty liver disease which can add risk for liver cirrhosis.
      - Do early prevention of hepatitis such as not sharing injection needles, and not sharing shavers. Do hepatitis vaccination by get consultation from a medical professional first.
