4.1 - Current and charge
Every circuit has its own agreed symbol. A circuit diagram shows how components are connected together.
In a circuit that is a single closed loop, the current is the same at every point.

4.5 - Parallel circuits
The bigger the resistance of a component, the smaller the current that will pass through the component.

Adding more resistors in parallel decreases total resistance bc total current through resistors increased & total potential difference across them is uncharged.
4.4 - Series circuits
For cells in series, acting in the same direction, the total potential difference is the sum of their individual potential differences.
For resistors connected in series, total resistance - R (total) = R1 +R2
