The power represented through the owners of the Squid games is similar to the power shown through the guards in the stanford experiment
Both the characters in Squid games and the prisoners in the stanford experiment were oblivous to what they were getting themseves into at the beginning

Characters were forced to play (if not they were killed) while the prisonners volunteered

Yes because both experiments represent power and injustice
Yes because the characters are opressed and so were the prisonners
Money : if they win at the squid game, they get money which reminds the fact that the prisoners and the guards were paid to do the experiment (in both cases they suffered to get the money)

No because the Stanford prisoners where not physically abused whereas the players in squid game are killed if they failed the challenges
