New laws to be placed in football spectating can be people getting banned from watching the game in the stadiums. The prime minister Boris Johnson has announced that he will ban people from stadiums who have racially abused players. He has then followed on to say people will receive a 10 year stadium ban if they racially abuse a player.

Officer PC Ward handed out a jail sentence to man who racially abused West Brom's Romaine Sawyer. Having these officers in stadiums and online can decrease the amount of hate crime by giving jail sentences. There are now more officers becoming part of this in different cities of the UK.

Spectators who are seen to be racist will be getting fines, just like the Hungary fans in the euros. They were fined £158,416 by FIFA as 'monkey chants' were aimed at Raheem Sterling and Jude Bellingham and they were also getting objects thrown at them. They also banned the Hungary fans from 2 home games.

Solution 3 - Social Media Campaign
pestle - Social, This is social because the campaign is on social media which everyone mostly uses.
This social media campaign shows English football clubs fighting racism. This campaign is making social media companies do more to stop and get rid of racism. The premier league chief executive will not stop pushing social media companies to eliminate racism and see improvements in their policies to tackle racism online. Premier league players are also supporting and standing with this campaign to stop racial abuse online.

Solution 1 - App to report racism
pestle - Technological, It is technological because an app is considered technology and is used on technology.
This app will allow people who have been racially abused or who have seen racial abuse, be able to report the incident. This can be reported by sending video or photo evidence, or by simply explaining the incident in writing or audio. This information will then help support investigations into racism and help us solve this issue.
positives - people nowadays all have phones so they can easily use this app.
