DNA Sequencing
DNA sequencing is a laboratory technique used to determine the exact sequence of bases (A, C, G, and T) in a DNA molecule. The DNA base sequence carries the information a cell needs to assemble protein and RNA molecules.
Genes
The gene is the basic physical unit of inheritance. Genes are passed from parents to offspring and contain the information needed to specify traits. Genes are arranged, one after another, on structures called chromosomes.
phylogenetic tree
A phylogenetic tree, also known as a phylogeny, is a diagram that depicts the lines of evolutionary descent of different species, organisms, or genes from a common ancestor
taxonomy
The Taxonomy Database is a curated classification and nomenclature for all of the organisms in the public sequence databases.

Divergence event
Genetic divergence is the process in which two or more populations of an ancestral species accumulate independent genetic changes (mutations) through time
internal node
A node that does have children is known as an internal node. The root is an internal node, except in the special case of a tree that consists of just one node (and no edges). The nodes of a tree can be organized into levels, based on how many edges away from the root they are. The root is defined to be level 0

Relations
we can see how all is related because of how theyr different genes can connect them or separate them into different groups by its apperience all down by a commun ancestors in the root of the ancestral lineage.
