Used previously throughout Europe, after Brexit only in the UK, IBAN: GB98 LOYD 3080 1286 5682 90 is a collective account with LLOYDS BANK PLC used by Revolut, where multiple payment beneficiaries using the same IBAN are recognized only by the payment sort code.
The customers of Revolut can choose to remain completely anonymous to their payers, or chose any name to provide to them. This scheme appears much alike Swiss banks numbered bank accounts that do not bear any names.
