December 5th Order - Judgement for Contempt in April 2022 finally signed from July hearing (long story) - Vistation Rejections
Trying to Schedule Spring Break - March 13th week - same story, arguing, no expectation to get them - Oldest wants to meet in person, but I feel its a setup

Modified Visitation Schedule - onesie/twosies are not working - Wish they would, but the expense incurred for multiple trips WITH rejection is absurd. Requesting to keep Alternating Christmases, but I want a 2-month, NO CONTACT summer with the kids - SHE needs to transport them at least halfway at HER cost
I "owe" $670 in child support change. However, she owes nearly that amount in travel expenses for her 28%

Clarification for the following - Wanted most of these asked at the clarification hearing that got cut short
401K- Fidelity - Amount listed by Judge does not exist - and didnt upon the order. His order listed amounts based on financial affidavits in December 2021. She has provided NO 401K account to even transfer to. Requesting Judge to modify to percentages rather than amounts
401K - TSP - Amount listed by Judge is different (same issue) - I have completed the necessary paperwork, and it has been reduced by $600 per their process for a divorce court order. There is some glitch showing my military status is different and they are not able to change my address in the system to send me the paperwork that needs to be submitted by the judge. I am working on it, but I want it known that I am in no way blocking this from happening. - It needs to be known that POST fees, this amount is just over $200 at this point
Stimulus Money Order - There is ZERO informaiton on what that means - the majority of stimulus money was received PRIOR to final divorce and used solely towards martial debt - Asking that this be dissolved - the money doesnt exist and without any amount or understanding of what that actually means, I can't possible pay it
Alex and Zach are partially in brick and mortar school - no information given by HER, but I have been able to get some information through parent portals. However, Both are still enrolled in FLVS courses, which I believe is NOT what has been ordered. Again, she keeps me out of the loop on everything.

Why Reopen the case?

July/June rather than 2, 2-week periods - no comms needed other than travel plans
No split costs - she delivers, I return
Legal Fees - In reserve - I want action - EVERY hearing has been due to her contempt, why do I have to continue to pay for that? - I still owe Cario $4k
When will she ever be punished? - Orders mean nothing to her, and she completely ignored the last one and the cops did nothing
Why am I the one responsible to tattle? What is the mechanism for the Court to demand evidence from her for compliance? - Medical/Calls/ZERO contact about anything
She lied to DoR, and although I only "owe" $1800 now instead of $9k, I cant even appeal it without my judge looking it over again - al base on her fraudulent claim, and again, on the hook financially
SIDE NOTE - Graduations, baptisms, and who knows what else have occured, and i havent been told a single word about anything. - I have be stripped of ALL my rights by her NOT the court, but yet nothing happens
If none of this is doable, Can I buy 2 hours of your time to learn what forms I need to send where, when and to whom? I can do everything but the process, and I dont want to have to keep paying for paperwork when I have every shred of evidence organized and ready to go.
