Visual Communication
Principles
Proximity
To minimise clutter and confusion all button will be closely placed close to their corresponding text, to show they are related.
Repetition
The same colours, fonts and buttons will be repeated throughout the app.
-

Buttons and words will be aligned in the middle. This will ensure elements are visually connected, making the app more visually appealing and giving it a sense of order.
Contrast
Colours, sizes and shapes wont be contrasting
Hierarchy
The app will have a visual hierarchy with titles and the more important/used buttons or information prioritised at the top of the page.

Persons
Sophie
Is the first time she has been a tour manager so buttons and layout needs to be clear, simple and easy to understand.
Has impaired vision so the app needs to have a large font, a minimalistic display and no contrasting colours.
Mr Smith
He is not confident about buying tickets online so he wants to see more about how secure the payment is and the app's layout needs to be clear and simple.
He must get tickets in a seated area so there will be a clear option for either standing or sitting. He will also be able to sign up and before the tickets are sold out.
Alice
Is a keen Harry fans so wants to go as many concerts as possible and buy lots of merch. So the app will allow her to add this all in one her shopping kart so she can buy them all at once. Also allow her to put her payment details in ahead of time so she wont miss out.
